Honoring Virgil’s Legacy with a Living Tribute

In memory of Virgil and his deep love for the sea, we are creating a memorial reef—a lasting tribute that will not only celebrate his life but also support marine conservation. This reef will serve as a positive and enduring impact on the ocean he cherished.

Funds raised for this project will be managed by the Underwater Hypoxic Blackout Prevention Foundation, a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Any contributions exceeding the cost of creating and deploying the reef will be donated directly to their mission, helping to prevent shallow water blackouts through education and awareness.

Please note that the reef’s deployment timeline and location will be determined based on county and city permitting processes as the project moves forward.
